Our "Verified" badge (a background/registration check by the TrustDento team) and how your Trust Score is calculated are never affected by payment — those are earned independently of membership, from your credentials and patient reviews alone. Membership is what keeps a claimed listing live, bookable, reviewable, and shown in top placement ahead of non-members — an inactive membership pauses those, but never changes the Trust Score math itself or the free verification check.

Why does TrustDento charge for listings?
Running verification, bookings, support and the platform itself has real costs. The annual membership keeps the directory sustainable and spam-free, and every member gets a full, featured profile in return — TrustDento never takes a cut of your consultation fee.
What happens if my membership expires?
Your profile stops accepting new patient bookings and new ratings/reviews, and drops out of top placement on city, area and treatment listing pages until you renew. Your existing data, reviews and photos are kept — nothing is deleted.
How do promo codes work?
TrustDento occasionally issues promo codes (for example, dropping the price from ₹2999 to ₹1999 for a limited time). Enter your code at checkout on the membership payment page — the discount is applied instantly before you pay.
Can I list both a dentist profile and a clinic profile?
Yes — a dentist profile and a clinic profile are billed separately since each is its own listing on TrustDento.
Is this the same as the ₹50 patient booking token?
No. The small ₹50 token is paid by patients when they book an appointment, and is adjusted against their bill at your clinic. The annual membership is what you, the dentist/clinic, pay to keep your own listing live.
